Dallas on Two Wheels

Picture 4

So I’ve been following this other Dallas Bicycle blog, BIKING IN DALLAS,  for some time now and it’s amazing. Michael Hubbard recently wrote a segment “Go Get a Newspaper. See the World On a Bike!” I encourage you to read it… it won’t take but a minute or two, and you won’t regret it! Like DAVID BYRNE says in his book Bicycle Diaries , as cyclists, we have a better view of the world because bikes allow us to go faster than a walk, yet slower than a train ride. So we’re able to take on a unique view of Dallas and appreciate  the architecture of downtown buildings, the smell of the fish on West Lawther, and the bumpy ride on the cobble stone street of McKinney.
