worth the price? bike decision help

lookin at this mixte because im dyin for a properly sized mixte and waiting twomonths for the magic on to show up on CL does not seem that aweomse to me.

idk much about bikes admittedly.

the only downfall is idk where imma get the money to build it up but in the end it will be nicer investment?  just gonna hve to get cheap parts for a good (ok?) frame
