Gloves can be good, as hands take the brunt of the wind.  I find clipped pedals can be nice too in the wet, as your feet dont slip around (this can be accomplished with good shoes and fat pedals as well).

You can place tape (packaging tape works well) over the air holes of your helmet to warm up your head.

Umm...a good wicking/breathable jacket can be nice too (ones that allow you to open a zipper under your armpits are GREAT!).  Actually, just layering is best.  Do thin layers of warming clothes (thin long sleeve shirts are nice), that you can take off when you get warmer and put back on if you get colder.  Remember, you should be slightly chilly when you get outside; you shouldn't be warm.  When you exert yourself and ride, you will warm up.  If you start off warm, you then become hot. Hot leads to sweat, sweat leads to VERY COLD!!!!.  So yeah, however you dress, dress so that you're slightly cold when not moving.

Beyond that, just ride faster, usually warms you up Smiley
